My password doesn't work

3. System Requirements
a. You may view AshaKumara.com on any system, with any internet connection, on any internet browser. The site has been tested and optimized for both Windows and Apple PC platforms,
b. Your connection speed will only affect your download times. Photos are optimized for minimal download time. There are multiple video formats and sizes so you can choose the best one for your connection speed.
c. Videos are available to download or stream in RealPlayer (version 10.0 or higher) and Windows Media (version 9.0 or higher), in medium and large sizes.
4. Technical Issues with Members Area
The photos show up as broken picture icons.
a. Try refreshing the page in your internet browser
a. Check your donwload speed and make sure the file has completely downloaded. Many video files are 30MB or more, so if you have a slow connection speed, it may take a while for the video to start.

c. I can't seem to stream the videos in Firefox. Why?
Old Versions of Mozilla Firefox are known to have some issues with streaming files inside of its browser. You might notice it downloads the entire file before it will play it. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox.
The games do not load for me.
a. The games run on Macormedia Flash. Please make sure you have Flash Player 8 installed on your system.
